and a highly unprepared junior art director with very 'limited design skills,' but confidence for days.

We also made targeted Linkedin ads to drive the best of the best to our site. And the portfolios came flooding in, leading to the hiring of not just one awesome junior art director, but two. And Max could go back to doing what he does best — not designing websites.
